Brand update: May 2026

In this release, we introduced the Product directory, enhanced linesheets, payment gateways, invoices, order statuses, and retailer profile, and previewed the upcoming Sales overview for brands.

Manage your products with Product directory

With the new Product directory page, brand admins can now access a list of all the products uploaded to a brand’s NuORDER portal. This lets brand admins manage all their products from a single page.

Linesheets enhancements

We updated the access language and added tooltips in Manage customer and user groups, and introduced a new brand configuration option for overlapping product availability dates in linesheets.

Linesheet access - content and design improvements

We’ve improved the Manage customer and user groups page by making the language clearer, and added tooltips to explain key functionality. With the Manage customer and user groups page, you can restrict which linesheets your buyer and brand users have access to.

Update to product availability behavior on linesheets

Brands can now activate a setting that updates how product availability is applied to the linesheet delivery date range.

When activated, products are included based on overlapping availability dates instead of requiring a full match. For example, if a linesheet runs from May 1 to June 30 and a product is only available from May 1 to May 30:

  • Activated: The product is included in the linesheet and available through May 30. 
  • Deactivated: The product isn’t included and is marked as unavailable.

Note: Date-based pricing, if used, follows this same logic to align with the valid availability period.

Brands can contact our Support team to activate this option.

Added order status for partial shipments

Brands can now update orders to the Partially shipped status when an order has been processed but not fully shipped.

From the Orders page, select one or more orders, select Actions, then use the arrows to move Processed orders to Partially shipped or move Shipped orders back to Partially shipped.

Note: Access to the Partially shipped status depends on user permissions. Contact Support to update access.

Payments enhancements

EUR, NZD, GBP currency support 

Brands can now select Euro (EUR), New Zealand Dollar (NZD), and Great British Pound (GBP) currency on select BYOP gateways. This lets brands select EUR, NZD, and GBP currency, allowing payments to be processed in the buyer’s local currency.

Add internal notes to invoices 

You can now add notes to your activity feed in your invoice details page. This can be useful if you want to add invoice-specific updates to the invoice without relying on emails or other methods  to communicate with the buyer.

Retailer profile enhancements

We’ve introduced new enhancements to the retailer profile experience to make it easier for retailers to manage their organization.

Add and manage store images

Retailer admins can now upload and manage store images directly from their profile’s Retailer info tab. With the new image uploader, admins can add multiple store images and reorder them to highlight the most important visuals first. Store images help brands better understand a retailer’s business and storefront before approving a connection request.

Cancel pending buyer invitations

Retailer admins can now cancel previously sent invitations to join their retailer organization. From the Invited tab, admins can cancel an invite and confirm the action, preventing the invited user from joining the organization through that invitation. This gives admins more control over invitation management, making it easier to correct email typos, revoke invites sent in error, or resend expired invitations.

Coming soon… Track sales performance from the brand dashboard

The Sales overview on the dashboard is now available in beta for select brands and will be available soon for all brand users with reporting access.

From the main menu, select the home icon to access your brand Dashboard, where you can track total sales, total orders, units, and companies. You can also explore sales trends, check order status breakdowns, and compare order types like immediate and prebook.

Use the date filters to switch between last week, this month, or this year, and adjust currency if available.

  • Fixed an issue preventing some API calls from returning pricing data.
General
 
  • Fixed an issue causing the password criteria in User Profile to display “At least undefined characters” without including the required character count.
  • Fixed an issue causing the “Your Data is Ready” title to appear smaller and overlap with the exported file name on the Data Export page.
  • Fixed an issue causing the Send Linesheet contact search to return all buyers from a matching company instead of matching the entered user or company name. 
NuORDER Mobile
 
  • Fixed an issue causing image separators in mobile Linesheets and Custom Lists on iOS to appear too small.
  • Fixed an issue preventing applied promotion details from being included in shipping information for orders submitted through the mobile app.
  • Fixed an issue preventing expanded search from returning partial match results on mobile linesheet and custom list pages.
Orders
 
  • Fixed an issue causing promotional messages for inactive promotions to display in the cart for some brands.
  • Fixed an issue preventing Net Terms Extension promotions from applying unless a discount reward was also included.
  • Fixed an issue causing company discounts to be applied alongside exclusive product promotions when editing an order for some brands.
  • Fixed an issue causing incorrect RRP prices to appear in the Full Order Details export.
  • Fixed an issue preventing split orders from being submitted with card payments when promotions were applied. 
  • Fixed an issue preventing the best available promotion from being applied in the cart.
  • Fixed an issue causing the surcharge value in the price adjustments section on orders to display incorrectly when no custom surcharge label was set.
  • Fixed an issue causing the icon menu tooltip to appear incorrectly on the Orders page.
  • Fixed an issue preventing Free Shipping promotions from reducing the order total when applied for some brands.
  • Fixed an issue preventing users from selecting multiple orders on the Orders page for bulk actions.
  • Fixed an issue preventing company search on the Orders page from returning results beyond the first 50 records.
  • Fixed an issue causing surcharges to be removed after dropping canceled styles from an order.
Products
 
  • Fixed an issue causing product images to appear stretched on the legacy Product Details Page.
  • Fixed an issue preventing DST files under 10 MB from being uploaded for customizable products.
  • Fixed an issue preventing the zoom feature from working on images in the Product Details page.
  • Fixed an issue causing the legacy Product Details drawer to remain open when switching between brand portals.
  • Fixed an issue preventing users from selecting another product after an issue occurred in the Product Recommendations section on the Product Details page.
  • Fixed an issue causing no products to display for buyers connected to multiple companies due to how customer group rules were applied across companies.
