The Product directory view lets you manage your products in one convenient location. With the Product directory, you can:
- Search your products by name or product number.
- Apply filters to sort through your products.
- Customize columns that appear in the Product directory .
- Select multiple products and apply an action to them. For instance, you can select several items, and then archive the items.
To open the Product directory, select Products on the left tab, then select Product directory.
The Product directory page opens with a list of your products.
Search for a product
To search for a product, enter the product name or product number into the Search products field.
Filtering your search results
To refine your search results, use the filter to narrow your search. To apply a search filter, select Show filters.
The search filters will appear under the search bar. To apply a filter, select the filter name, then select the filters that you’d like to apply. You can filter your products by:
- Status: Filter your Active, Inactive, or Archived products.
- Color: Filter your products by color.
- Category: Filter your products by category, for example, backpacks, accessories, bags.
- Season: Filter your product by season.
Sort your search results
You can organize your search results by sorting them alphabetically, by style number, merchandised, or recently added.
To sort your search results, select Sort: Recently added. A drop-down menu will appear. Sort your search results by:
- Name: Sort from A-Z or Z-A.
- Style number: Sort by A-Z or Z-A.
- Merchandized: Sort by whether the product is merchandised or not.
- Recently added: Sort by products most recently added.
Customize Product directory columns
You can add or remove columns in the Product directory to suit your needs. To add or remove columns in the Product directory, select the gear icon.
From the sort menu, select or de-select the checkboxes to add or remove columns in the Product directory.
Activate, deactivate, archive, and export multiple products
You can activate, deactivate, archive, and export multiple products within the Product directory page. For example, you can select 18 products and activate them all at once. This can be useful when managing large quantities.
To do this, select the checkboxes beside the products that you’d like to apply an action to. Next, select Actions and select an option that you’d like to apply on the selected products.
Manage product data
From the Product directory page, you can open the Product data page. The product data page lets you set up and edit new and existing products.
