Note: This functionality is only available to select users.
The onboarding checklist helps you set up your NuORDER portal. You’ll see the checklist when you sign in to NuORDER—follow all the steps to complete your onboarding and start selling.

Step 1 of 5: First login setup
You already completed this step when you logged in. If you need to update your name, email address, and password, select First login to expand the menu, then select Edit profile, which will take you to your profile information page.
Follow the steps to edit your name, email address, and password. Select Save when you’re done.

Step 2 of 5: Manage your buyers
Next, you need to upload your company and buyer data. To do this, select Manage your buyers.
Then, select Manage your contacts. The Contacts page will display.
On the Contacts page, select Upload company data first to upload your company data, and then select Upload buyer data and follow the instructions displayed. Learn more about downloading a company data template and downloading a buyer data template.
Step 3 of 5: Set up your products
To manage your product information, select Set up your products.
The list of items that require setup includes:
Manage product data:
You can set up your product data by populating the template provided with information related to the items you’re selling.
To add or update products, select Manage product data and follow the instructions in the template.. Learn more in Product data.
Note: Complete this step first so that you can upload product images and manage inventory data in later steps.
Add product images:
To upload product images, select Add product images, and follow the steps displayed.

Note: You’ll need to complete the Manage Product data step before you can upload images to your products.
Manage inventory data:
To manage your inventory data, select Manage inventory data and follow the steps displayed.
Next, select a template to download. Fill out the template and follow the steps displayed to upload your Inventory file.
Note: You’ll need to complete the Manage Product data step before you can manage your inventory data.

Manage price sheets:
Use price sheets to offer multiple prices (at the product level) and to restrict visibility for select customers.
To start managing price sheets, select Manage price sheets and follow the steps.

Step 4 of 5: Create linesheets
Linesheets help retailers shop through your portal, and buyers leverage Linesheets to take notes in-market and plan their buys. In fact, our Enterprise retailers are only able to shop through linesheets. This is why it's important to make sure they can access the correct linesheets.
To start creating linesheets, select Create linesheets and follow the steps displayed. For more information, go to Creating linesheets.
Step 5 of 5: Activate your portal
To activate your portal, invite buyers so that you can start selling on NuORDER. To get started, select Activate your portal.
Then, select Invite buyers.
Granting access to contacts
You’ll be redirected to the Contacts page, where a list of your imported contacts will display.
Your contacts will display only after you complete step 2 of 5: Manage your buyers (upload company and buyer data).
Companies that are on the NuORDER platform are automatically pre-selected and will have a green Yes badge next to the company name.
Review the list to add or remove companies from your contact list by selecting or deselecting the checkbox next to the company name.
Select Grant access and follow the steps to activate your portal.
Review the list of companies you selected, then select Proceed to grant them access to your portal.
