If you want to edit, update or make changes to your Retailer profile information, you can do so in the Settings section.
Navigate to the main menu on the left in the platform, and select Settings. Four new tabs will display: General, Retailer info, Locations and Buyers.
General setup
The General setup page is where your company’s basic information lives. Here, you can edit or update your general Company details like Company name, email, phone number and primary address. Make sure this information is accurate and stays up to date.
Retailer info
The information in this section helps us personalize your NuORDER experience and build your retailer profile on the Marketplace. Use this space to add or update details about your retailer profile, including:
- Company overview
- Store images
- The brands you stock
- Categories of the merchandise you stock
- Business details
- Sales and revenue
- Business verification
- Social media accounts
Marketplace settings:
At the bottom of the retailer info page, you’ll find the Marketplace settings section.
Use this section to indicate your connection preference. Check the box if you want to allow brands to connect with you on the NuORDER Marketplace. Unchecking the box will hide your contact information, including your buyer names, emails and contact numbers
You also have the option to select your currency preference. Note: This preference only applies when brands offer products in multiple currencies.
Locations
In the Locations tab, you can add, edit or update all your locations.
You can also edit or update your primary location, or delete one that’s no longer in use.
Buyers
Navigate to the Buyers tab to manage buyers in your retail organization. Here, you can add, invite or remove buyers from your retailer profile.
