What’s a retailer profile?
A retailer profile represents your retail organization on NuORDER. Instead of each buyer placing orders and sending connection requests from their own separate profile, your business has one shared profile that the whole team uses.
Your retailer profile includes your company information, locations, and all the buyers who shop on behalf of your organization. Orders placed by buyers in your organisation will be tagged to your profile and remain visible to anyone who is part of the buyer profile, even without a brand connection. It gives your team a unified presence across the marketplace, reducing duplicate profiles and connection requests, making it easier for brands to understand who they’re working with.

A retailer profile is required to browse products, send connection requests, and place orders on the NuORDER Marketplace. Without one, you won’t be able to use the marketplace. Every buyer on your retailer profile can view the marketplace, send connection requests on behalf of your organization and place orders to open brands when they are invited to join your organization. Brands can view your profile and approve one unified retailer connection request instead of multiple separate buyer requests
Invite and manage your buying team
Keep your organization up-to-date by managing who’s part of your retailer profile. This enables you to:
- Invite existing NuORDER buyers into your team.
- Select the role you want each buyer to have
- Remove buyers who no longer belong to your organization.
