Once a buyer accepts an invitation from an admin, they will be added to the retailer organization.
From the point of joining a retailer organization, all of their future orders will be linked to the retailer profile and will be visible to every member of the organization, even if those buyers are not directly connected to the brand.
All orders can be viewed under the Company orders widget on the buyer dashboard when you log in to your account.
On the Company orders page, you can view details such as order numbers, order status, the buyer who placed the order, as well as the retailer profile associated with that order. You can also select the order to see the full order summary. If you’re connected to the brand, you’ll see the order summary page with full functionality to edit, reorder, download etc. If you’re not directly connected to the brand, you’ll be able to see a read-only version of the order summary page
What happens when a buyer is removed from my organization?
If a buyer is removed from your retailer organization, you’ll still see all orders they placed or claimed when they were a member of your profile. The buyer who was removed will lose access to view these orders after they’ve been removed.
Please note that the buyer may still be connected to brands on your company record—contact the brand reps they’re connected to and ask for them to be removed from the company record.
What happens to previous orders?
If a buyer placed orders on behalf of your company before they joined the retailer profile on NuORDER, they can claim those orders by assigning a retailer profile to them.
Navigate to the Company orders section, and find the unclaimed order. From the menu, select Claim order.
A modal will display, asking you to confirm your actions. Select Claim order.
The order is now linked to your retailer profile, and will display in| |the Cmany orders section.
