Brand update: November 2025

In this release, we added drag-and-drop functionality to sort your warehouse order, multi-currency support for Wholesale and MSRP, new product and invoice settings, and an all new Brand Dashboard.

Drag-and-drop your warehouse list by priority

If you have multiple warehouses, you can now sort your warehouse list by dragging and dropping them in the order that you’d like. When you re-arrange your warehouses and select Save, the first warehouse in the list will always be your default warehouse.

Multicurrency for Wholesale and MSRP now available

Brands with Promotions can now use multicurrency for Wholesale and MSRP. After setting separate currencies, buyers are shown prices in the selected currency for Wholesale and MSRP throughout NuORDER.

Set Marketplace visibility and product segmentation for new unconnected buyers (Beta)

Note: This feature is currently in private Beta only for select customers. To see if you’re eligible, contact your Account Manager.

You can now control which products to display for buyers who connect through the Marketplace. 

Brands can now choose which immediate Available to Sell (ATS) products are visible to new Marketplace buyers who aren’t connected to your brand. After buyers are connected and place their first order, they’ll continue to see only the selected assortment, keeping the rest of your catalog protected until you decide to review it again

Introducing Brand Dashboard

When you sign in to NuORDER, you’ll now see the Brand Dashboard. The Brand Dashboard is separate from wholesale features such as product galleries, linesheets, custom lists, whiteboards, and marketplace. 

With the newly designed Brand Dashboard, you can:

  • View your most recent orders at a glance.
  • View pending connection requests from new brands.

Onboarding checklist (Marketplace Connect only)

The new onboarding checklist simplifies the set up  process so that Brand users can edit the most important portal settings in one convenient location. This reduces the need for users to navigate through different menus and contacting NuORDER support for set up help.

You can now follow a step-by-step process to add product and inventory data and activate Lightspeed payments.

Invoicing permissions

If configured, brand users can now adjust invoicing permission based on brand user type. To update this configuration, contact Support.

Customize your buyer’s default order settings and configure User Groups settings

Customize order settings

To improve the purchasing experience for buyers, you can now define default settings for first-time purchases. For example, you can choose the preferred warehouse location, sales rep, and currency for the buyer to reduce setup friction.

Configure User Group settings

Create and manage your customer groups and product visibility rules. Admins can create Customer and User Groups to manage buyer and brand user visibility to products, promotions, order min and max rules, linesheets, widgets in pages, and more.
