Product visibility

Set Marketplace visibility and product segmentation for new unconnected buyers. If enabled, you can show or hide products in the Marketplace so that Marketplace buyers only see items that they can purchase. Hiding certain products can prevent buyers from trying to buy products that are not yet available.

Choose which products buyers can browse within the select availability types.

  • Show all products: Buyers see all products that match the selected availability types.
  • Show selected products: Show only products you mark as visible in the Marketplace at the product level. Availability rules still apply.

For show selected products, you can indicate which products to include in two ways:

  • From the Product Gallery, hover over a product and select the pencil icon to open the Edit Product page. In the Marketplace Visibility field, select Yes to show the product or No to hide it. Select Save Product
  • When using the Product data template, update the Marketplace Visibility column to include Yes or No for each product. Upload the product data.
