New feature alert: Retailer profile

We introduced retailer profile, giving retailer organizations a unified way to manage their activity on NuORDER as one business.

A retailer profile brings buyers, company details and orders together in one shared space. Instead of each buyer operating independently, your team can now connect, browse and place orders on behalf of your organization through a single profile.

With a retailer profile, retailer organizations can:

  • Access the NuORDER Marketplace as one team:  Browse products, send connection requests, and place orders through a unified company presence. Brands can review and approve one retailer connection instead of multiple buyer requests.
  • Manage your buying team: Invite buyers to your organization, assign roles and keep your team up to date (admins only).
  • View orders across your organization: Orders are attached to your retailer profile, making them visible to your team and ensuring order history stays with your business.
  • Strengthen your marketplace presence: Maintain consistent company information, reduce duplicate profiles and improve brand connections and recommendations.

Control product access by availability

Brands can now control which products buyers can access by setting Product availability rules in Customer and User groups.

Go to Settings > Brand Admin > Settings > Customer and user groups, then select Immediate, Future or Prebook under Product availability to tailor product visibility for each group.

View invoices by latest date sent

We’ve added a new filter in the Orders page to let you sort your invoices by the latest date sent. This lets you quickly check whether you’ve sent an invoice or not.

Faster exports and a new loading indicator for downloads

We’ve improved performance when exporting an Order Form without images from a Linesheet, Custom List, or the Working Order. Exports without images now generate faster, with the biggest improvement for large files.

When downloading a Linesheet or Custom List, a loading indicator now appears to confirm the download request is in progress.
