Brand update: June 2026

In this release, we introduced Sales overview and a new product navigation. We also enhanced payments and updated the buyer invitation workflow in retailer profile.

Track sales performance with Sales overview

Sales overview is now available to all brand users with reporting access. From the main menu, select the home icon to access your brand dashboard, where you can track sales, orders, units, and companies for submitted orders.

You can also explore Sales trends over time, review order breakdowns by Order status (approved, processed, partially shipped, and shipped), and compare Order types like Immediate and Prebook. The Top companies and Top sales reps charts show your highest-performing companies and sales representatives based on submitted order revenue.

Use the date filters to switch between last week, this month, or this year, and adjust currency if available.

Manage inventory, pricing, and images from the Products menu

Product-related tasks are now accessible from the new Products menu in the left navigation. Hovering over Products opens a submenu with links to Product directory, Inventory, Pricing, and Images & Media. These menus have been refreshed to provide a better user experience.

Previously, these tools were spread across different pages in Brand Admin.

Retailer profile admins can create new buyer accounts

Retailer admins can now create new buyer accounts directly from their retailer profile's settings page, without going through external channels or brand connections. From the buyer tab, admins can enter a buyer's name, email address, and optional phone number to send an invitation. If the email belongs to an existing NuORDER account, NuORDER sends them an invitation to join the organization without creating a new account. Admins can also cancel invitations that haven't been accepted yet, preventing the invited user from joining through that link.

Invited buyers receive an email to activate their new NuORDER account. After activating, buyers set their password and join the retailer organization.

NOTE: Adding a buyer doesn't automatically connect them to brand portals. They'll still need to send a connection request or get an email invitation from the brand.

Lightspeed Payments enhancements

We enhanced Lightspeed Payments to help brands automate invoice collection and create invoices outside the standard order flow.

Create standalone invoices

You can now create invoices without linking them to an order. This is useful for manual billing, external orders, corporate gifting, or selling products that aren't listed in your catalog.

Send automatic invoice payment reminders (beta)

Brands participating in the beta group can now send automatic payment reminder emails to buyers for eligible invoices. When sending an invoice, brands can activate reminders directly from the existing invoice send flow.
