Add customizable products to the cart while browsing

Buyers who can customize products can now add or remove them from their order by selecting the product's cart icon in the product gallery, linesheets or custom lists. Previously, buyers had to open the Product Details page before adding a customizable product.

Buyers can then update customization details from the cart by selecting the pencil icon in Line items or Edit Customization in Sizing View, which opens the Product Details page to make changes.

Export and import cart data with customization details

You can now export cart data and import it back into NuORDER without losing existing customization selections. The export includes a Customized column to indicate if a product has customization applied. After updating quantities or other values, import the file back into NuORDER without losing existing customization selections.

Bulk link SMUs to products in assortments with auto-matching

We’ve made major improvements to how you link placeholder products (Special Make Ups or SMUs) to actual brand products in an assortment in a bulk workflow.

Previously, SMUs could only be linked manually, one at a time. Now, you can link multiple SMUs in a single workflow or use Auto-match products to automatically suggest matching brand products for you to confirm or reject.

The Link products modal supports both workflows:

Manual bulk linking: Select multiple SMUs and link them to products from brand catalogs or linesheets.

Auto-matching: Automatically generate suggested matches based on product details and confirm or reject them before linking.

The workflow adapts to your assortment setup:

Single-brand assortments: Link SMUs to products from that brand’s catalogs.

Multi-brand assortments: Select the brands and catalogs you want to link from before matching products.

Linking an SMU updates the product information from the brand catalog while keeping assortment data—such as quantities, door distributions, notes, and custom attributes—unchanged.

Enable prebook-only linesheets without delivery dates

Brands can now turn on Only prebook products on a linesheet without setting Delivery start and Delivery end dates. This ensures that only products with prebook availability are included, giving you more control over product visibility without relying on delivery date settings.

Export your invoices as a .CSV file

You can now export your invoices as a .CSV file from the Invoices page. This can be useful when reconciling your invoices. When exporting your invoices, you can choose a specific date range of the invoices that you’d like to export.

Invoice details page

You can now access additional invoice details within the Invoices page by selecting the invoice number. This can be useful if you want to get a detailed invoice view, download the invoice as a PDF, and more.
