Introducing the Invoices page
Brands using Lightspeed Payments (or those using their own payments processor) and their buyers can now take action on one or more invoices directly from the new Invoices page.
- Brands can review and manage invoices, including: Download PDF, Collect Payment, Resend Invoice, Record Payment, Change Status and Capture Payment.
- Buyers can review, download and pay invoices.
Bulk payment actions reduce repeated clicks, page loads and manual steps. Some actions, like Download PDF, require selecting just one invoice.
Note: Brands can contact nuorder.paymentsgtm@lightspeedhq.com if they’re interested in enabling Lightspeed Payments.

Order Source details now available on the Orders page
Brands can now identify where each order originated using the new Order Source column in the Orders page.
Use the column and its optional filter to check if the buyer added products from the Brand Portal, Marketplace, or both.
- Brand Portal: The buyer added all products from the Brand Portal.
- Marketplace: The buyer added all products from the Marketplace.
- Both (Brand Portal, Marketplace): The buyer added products from both the Brand Portal and the Marketplace.
To get started, use the Columns dropdown in the upper-right corner to add the Order Source column to your Orders page.

Update to order export templates
Brands can now include order line-item custom fields in their Order Export Templates. After exporting, you can update those fields in the file and upload it to apply changes in the order.
For more information, visit Configure Order Export Templates (for brands).
Updated company name logic in order filters
The Orders page search now supports updated company names. If a company name changes after an order is created, you can filter orders using either the new or old name.
Note: The new name becomes searchable after at least one order is placed under it.

Assortments Order Intent enhancement
We’ve expanded our Assortments Order Intents feature to give brands more visibility into their order intents. Previously, the order intent breakdown shared by the buyers was only available in the excel export, but with this release brands can see the same breakdown on their brand portal.
The Assortments Order Intent interface for brands will display products grouped by delivery in rows, and their delivery breakdown across doors or attributes columns.. Brands will also be able to set different ship dates for each delivery.
These updates will enable brands to plan inventory and shipping with greater accuracy and control.

Feature spotlight: Add a second layer of protection with MFA
Multifactor authentication (MFA) helps protect your account by requiring something you know (your password) and something you have (a code from your phone or a verification email). Even if someone gets your password, they won’t be able to log in without that second step.
To turn on MFA, go to Edit Profile and follow the steps in Multifactor authentication (MFA).
