New cart overview (beta)

Note: The updated cart experience is currently in private beta only for select buyers and brands. For details about the classic cart, visit Working Order overview.

The updated cart experience simplifies how you build and submit orders, with faster updates, clearer organization, and a streamlined checkout experience. Add products to your cart, then open the cart to update quantities and other details before placing the order or saving it as a draft.

Access the cart

Add products to your cart from a brand portal or while you shop across brands. Then select the cart icon to access your order.

From a brand portal

In the upper right corner, select the cart icon.

In the upper right corner, select the cart icon, then choose Continue to order for a brand.

Update the cart

Use the options in the cart to organize products, set deliveries, update order details, and more.

Note: Prefer to use a spreadsheet to update your cart? Go to the Export and import order data section of this article for details.

Search

Use the Search field to find products by name, style number, color, or season.

Group products

To group products, select the Group by icon, then select Add group. Choose from the available options, such as Delivery, Season, Department, or Style. Add more groups as needed.

Select the arrow next to a group to expand it and show its details.

Filter products

Select the Filter icon to review only a subset of products in the cart. For example, filter by Delivery.

If there are products that require attention, such as duplicate products or missing quantities, select Products to review and choose an option, or select Select all to review every product that requires attention before checking out.

If you select Checkout before resolving product issues, a prompt appears to help you resolve them.

Sort products

Select the Sort icon, then choose an option to sort products in the cart by Recently added, Delivery date, Soonest to latest delivery, or Latest to soonest delivery.

Manage products

Select a product name to open the product details page. From there, you can remove the product from the cart, review inventory and entered quantities when shown by the brand, and access additional details.

In the cart, enter quantities for each size. 

  • Red Image of the red dot icon. dots indicate no available inventory.
  • Yellow Image of the yellow triangle icon. triangles indicate low inventory.

Note: Each brand sets its own low inventory threshold by updating their inventory preferences.

Some products offer size grouping. For example, a hat may include separate sizes for kids and adults, or pants may offer both width and length options.

Some products are sold in packs. The number in parentheses shows the number of units in each pack. For example, Pack (12) includes 12 units.

To change the product color, select the color swatch or color name, then choose a color from the available options.

Some brands include optional or required product fields. Enter the requested information.

Prices

Each product shows a price. If a promotion or discount applies, the original price appears with a strikethrough and the discounted price appears alongside it.

A price range indicates that pricing varies by size.

Note: If your company qualifies for a discount, the displayed product price or price range reflects the discounted amount. When a product discount also applies, select the discount amount to review the combined discount details.

Promotions

If the order or selected products are close to qualifying for a promotion, the promotion requirements appear in the Order details section.

Discounts

If a product qualifies for a promotion, a message appears to confirm the promotion is applied. Hover over the adjusted price to review the promotion name and discount value.

To review all discounts applied to the order, hover over Discounts in the Order summary.

Remove products and clear the cart

To remove a product from the cart, select the trash icon.

To remove all products and order details from the cart, select More actions, then choose Clear cart.

Add more products by returning to a brand portal or shopping across brands.

Set deliveries

Select the product's delivery date range to make changes. Choose a delivery window from the options provided by the brand.

If the brand offers this option, select Create a custom window, then select dates within the available delivery periods. 

Note: Selecting dates outside of a provided delivery window creates a custom window.

When you’re done, select Apply delivery date.

Set order details

Order details appear on the right. Select More details to display additional order information, then select Edit to make changes.

Use the Edit order details screen to update the company, buyer, sales rep, shipping address, billing address, and currency. Use the Order note field to add additional information to the order. Additional fields may appear depending on the brand’s configuration.

If multiple addresses are available, select the correct one. If only one is available, it’s selected automatically.

Tip: Use the search fields in the Edit order details screen to find companies and addresses.

Some Order details fields are required. Enter all required information before submitting the order.

When you’re done, select Save changes.

Export and import order data

To make changes to your cart with a spreadsheet, export your order data, update the spreadsheet, and import it back into your cart.

Export

Select More actions > Export, then choose a template provided by the brand.

Enter product options and quantities for one or more delivery windows. Learn more about updating your spreadsheet with Export and import orders into your cart. 

Import

After updating your spreadsheet, return to your cart, and select More actions >Import. 

Note: Your cart won’t update until you upload your spreadsheet and select Import valid products on the Upload order data screen.

On the Upload order data screen, upload your spreadsheet. If needed, activate Ignore products with no quantity.

If the system finds issues in the spreadsheet, review the affected rows, make corrections, and upload the updated file again.

Make additional changes directly in the cart or update the spreadsheet and import it again. Select Import valid products to update your cart.

Save as a draft or check out

Use the options in the right panel to save the order as a draft or check out.

Save as a draft

Select Save as a draft to revisit the order later. Enter a draft name, then select Save draft. If you don’t enter a name, the draft is saved as Draft order [order number].

To revisit a draft order, go to the Orders page and select the pencil icon next to the draft. You can also select the order, then select the pencil icon on the order details page. 

The cart updates with the draft’s details. If the cart already contains products, a message appears asking you to confirm if you want to replace the cart contents.

Tip: On the Orders page, use the Order Status filter and select Draft to narrow the list of orders.

Checkout

When you’re ready to submit the order, select Checkout and follow the steps in the “Checkout options” section of Order checkout overview. 

If there are issues with the order, such as missing quantities, duplicate products, or overordering, a message appears with an option to resolve them. Select the action to review and fix the issues. For example, select Review products for missing product quantities.

Resolve the issues in the order. Select Clear all to review all products in the cart.

When you’re ready, select Checkout to submit the order.

Reminder: Follow the steps in the “Checkout options” section of Order checkout overview to complete the checkout process.

Edit cart details for brand users

Brand users can edit order and product details directly in the cart.

Edit order details

  1. Select Edit next to Order details.
  2. Update one or more fields.
  3. Select Save changes.

Order number

Enter a unique order number in the Order number field. If you enter an order number that’s already in use, a message prompts you to enter a different number.

Company 

Use the search field to find a company by name or company code.

Addresses

Use the search fields to find an address by its description or address.

Discounts and surcharges

Enter the percentage value in the Discount or Surcharge field. Don’t enter the percentage sign (%).

Edit product details

Brands can edit product details directly in the cart.

Price

To edit a product’s price, select the product’s kebab icon, then choose Edit price.

Review the original price, enter a value in New price, then select Apply.
