For brands that offer payments in NuORDER, follow these steps to complete your order checkout.
Overview
We recently enhanced the order checkout experience. If you’re familiar with the old flow, here are a some key differences:
- In the Working Order, access to the checkout view was moved from a tab at the top to the Continue to Checkout button in the lower-right corner.
- If used, Shipping options are chosen on the Working Order’s Order Review page and are still available when selecting the $ Payment icon on an order from the Orders page.
Note: If your Order Review tab doesn’t include a Shipping Option dropdown and you’d like to enable it, contact our Support team.
- The checkout screens are now streamlined to include an Order Summary, a Split payment by delivery option with an expandable product list, and more. This video and article walks through the full checkout process.
Start checkout
After you added products to your cart and configured the Working Order, start the checkout process by selecting Continue to Checkout in the lower-right corner.

Checkout options
If you need to update the Working Order during checkout (example: change order quantities), select Edit order in the upper-right corner.
Each brand may offer different payment methods, including ACH Payment, Credit Card, or the option to Enter a payment method later.
If you’re making a payment for an order with one delivery, select a previously entered bank account or credit card, or enter a new one.
If your order has multiple deliveries, you can choose a different payment method for each by toggling on Split payment by delivery.
Select the arrow icon to review the list of products in that delivery.
For each delivery, select a previously entered bank account or credit card, or enter a new one. In this example order, Delivery 1’s payment method is ACH Payment and Delivery 2’s payment method is a Credit Card.
Submit order
When you’re ready, select Submit Order at the bottom of the Order summary.
An email with the full order details is sent to you when you submit the order. After reviewing the Order summary, select Continue Shopping to return to the brand’s portal.
If sent by the brand, you can also make payments from an invoice.
