Brand Dashboard overview

The Brand Dashboard shows you an overview of your NuORDER account setup progress and business insights.

With the Brand Dashboard, you can:

  • Set up your portal following an onboarding checklist (Marketplace Connect only).
    The onboarding checklist simplifies the Marketplace Connect set up process so that users know exactly what they need to do to create a portal to get started.  

     

  • View your most recent orders at a glance.
    The Recent Orders section shows you details of your orders without going to different menus. This gives you a quick overview of incoming orders to give you better insight.



  • View pending connection requests from new brands.
    Manage your pending connections at a glance. Use the drop-down menus to accept or decline connection requests.


     

 

View your Recent orders

The Recent orders section of your dashboard shows you order details from retailers such as the order date, order number, company name, status, and the total. This gives you a quick overview of incoming orders to give you better insight. Within the Recent orders dashboard, you can also search for a particular order and filter by order status.

To search for a particular order, enter the order number or customer name in the search bar under Recent orders. Your search results automatically appear as you enter search terms.

 

To see a complete list of your recent orders, select View all orders to open a detailed view of all your orders. To learn more, visit Orders page overview.

 

You can filter your invoice so that only invoices with certain criteria appear. This can help you find a particular invoice quicker. 

To sort invoices by a status select the Status drop-down menu. 
You’ll see a list of order options you can select such as Draft, Review, Pending, Approved, Processed, Shipped, and Cancelled. Select any of the options to sort your invoice view.



Manage your connections

You can manage and view your connection requests in the Pending connections section of the dashboard. To manage your connection request, select the drop-down menu next to the company name. Next, choose how you’d like to manage the request. You can choose from In review, Approve, Decline, Archive, or Add buyer.

 

If you want to see a complete list of your pending connections, select View all requests. You’ll see the Manage Connection Requests screen.

Set up your NuORDER portal with the onboarding checklist (Marketplace Connect only) 

If you’re a Marketplace Connect customer, you can use the onboarding checklist to create your NuORDER portal. You’ll see the onboarding checklist when you sign in to NuOrder. 

The checklist guides you through three key steps to get started — create your login credentials, populate your product information, and set up your Lightspeed payments settings. 


 

First login - Create a user name and password
To edit your NuORDER login and password, select First Login. The menu will expand and you’ll see the Edit profile option. Select Edit Profile to change your account credentials. Follow the onscreen steps to change your account credentials.

Product information - Upload your product images and inventory data
To set up your product information, select Product Information in the set up portal. You’ll see three sections that show you items that require set up:

  • Manage product data: Upload your product data file in XLSX, XLS, CSV or TXT format.
  • Upload product images: Upload standard or 3D images of your products.
  • Manage inventory data: Upload your inventory data in XLSX, XLS, CSV or TXT format.


 

Manage product data: Set up your product data using a template so that you can populate the information related to the items you’re selling. 

Note: Complete this step first so that you can upload product images and manage inventory data in later steps.

To add or update products, select Manage product data. Follow the onscreen steps to upload your product data, download templates for creating new products, and more. To learn more, visit Marketplace Connect data templates.


 

Upload product images: To upload product images, select Upload product images. Follow the onscreen steps to upload your product  images. To learn more, visit Product images overview.

Note: You must complete the Manage Product data step before you can upload images to your products.

 

Manage inventory data: To manage your inventory data, select Manage inventory data

Next, select a template to download. The template is available in XLSX and CSV format. After you’ve completed the template, follow the onscreen steps to upload your Inventory file.

Set up Lightspeed payments: You can pair Lightspeed payments with NuORDER. To set up your payments settings, select Lightspeed payments  in the setup portal, then select Activate Payments. Follow the onscreen steps to set up your Lightspeed payment information.
