While brands often provide their own product images along with the style information, users can add their own imagery to products in an assortment to help visualize how their buy will look. This can help supplement and provide additional context – for example how an item was styled in market – or it can serve as the main imagery when using SMUs that don’t come with brand images.
Adding individual product images (web version)
- Select the product image from the line item.
- Select the + symbol under Your Photos. This will prompt you to upload an image from your desktop.
- After your upload, if you'd like to set your new image as the primary image, select the image, then select the bookmark tab. This will be the image that appears on the grid and in any exports or downloads.
Adding product images in bulk (web version)
- Navigate to the Tile View, then select the Image Upload Mode option from the dropdown menu.
- Your view will transform to allow for bulk drag-and-drop of images directly onto each product card.
- The blue header indicates that you are in the Image Upload Mode.
- The search and filter options are still available in the header to refine which products are shown.
- For products that already have images, the image will become transparent with drop zone instructions on top.

Text within the drop zone will display the current number of images for each real product or SMU. This includes images that come from the brand (Product Images) and the images that you have uploaded to this item yourself (Your Images).
Note: If there are no product images, the corresponding row will not be displayed.
- Drag-and-drop images (up to 10 at a time) over the product tile to upload images, or click the drop zone and select a file from your computer.
- This applies to both real products and SMUs.
- If needed, you can still access the CDP by clicking on the product tile outside of the dropzone.
- As you upload the images, their number will be automatically updated in Your Images.
- When products are uploaded successfully, you will see a checkbox over the tile and a success message.
- If there are errors (such as an unaccepted file type), you will see the error state and an error message.
- When you’ve finished, select Done to exit the Image Upload Mode. Your images will be saved automatically and you will be returned to the normal Tile View to continue working in your assortment. Alternatively, you can exit Image Upload Mode by returning to the Tile View dropdown menu and deselecting that option.
Adding product images (mobile version)
- Launch the Safari browser on your mobile device (iPhone or iPad).
- In the URL field, enter app.next.nuorder.com and log in to your NuORDER account.
- Go into your assortment and select the image of the item you'd like to edit.
- Select + symbol under Your Photos. This will prompt you to upload an image from your photo library, take a phot, or choose a file.
- After your upload, if you'd like to set your new image as the primary image, select the image, then select the bookmark tab.
- If there are multiple images, you can set a primary image by selecting the image, then selecting the bookmark icon.
