Create branded emails

Brand users with brand admin access can customize the emails NuORDER sends on their behalf with a brand logo and header image. This article explains image requirements and how to upload, replace, and remove branded email images in Brand Admin.

NuORDER can add your branding to emails sent on your behalf. 

You can add two images to branded emails:

  • Email Logo Image: Add your brand logo. The email displays the logo before the header image and body content.
  • Email Header Image: Add a wider banner or lifestyle image. The email displays the header image after the logo and before the body content.

Image requirements

Prepare both image files before you start. Each upload panel lists the requirements for that image.

Email Logo Image

  • File types: JPG, JPEG, or PNG
  • Recommended size: 680 × 110 px
  • Minimum width: 340 px
  • Minimum height: 55 px

Email Header Image

  • File types: JPG, JPEG, or PNG
  • Recommended size: 1,200 × 300 px
  • Minimum width: 1,200 px
  • Maximum height: 1,500 px

Tip: For a sharper logo, use the recommended size of 680 × 110 px instead of the minimum size of 340 × 55 px.

Upload your email logo and header image

You need brand admin access to upload or manage branded email images.

  1. Go to Brand Admin > Imagery & media > Email header image management.

    Note: Email header image management controls both the email logo and email header image.

  2. On the Email Image Settings page, note the two upload panels. Review the Email Layout diagram to understand the order of the email elements:

    • Email Logo Image, 340 × 55 px
    • Email Header Image
    • Email body content
    • Footer

  3. In the Email Logo Image panel, select Choose images or drag to upload, then select your image file. You can also drag the file into the panel. 
  4. In the Email Header Image panel, select Choose images or drag to upload, then select your image file. You can also drag the file into the panel.

  5. Confirm that each panel displays an image preview. To test the result, send a test email, such as the email generated by a test order.

    Note: Uploading an image saves it automatically; this page doesn’t include a Save or Publish button.

Replace or remove an image

Select the red trash icon for the image you want to remove. The upload area returns, and you can upload a replacement.

Removing one image doesn’t affect the other. Manage the logo and header image separately.

FAQ

Q: Why can’t I access Imagery & media?

A: You need brand admin access to manage branded email images. Contact your brand administrator if you need access.

Q: Why won’t my image upload?

A: Confirm that the file uses JPG, JPEG, or PNG format. Then confirm that it meets the requirements for the selected image slot. For the logo, use at least 340 × 55 px. For the header image, use a width of at least 1,200 px.

Q: Why is my logo blurry?

A: The logo area uses 340 × 55 px. For a sharper result on high-resolution displays, upload the recommended 680 × 110 px image.

Q: Why is my header image cropped or stretched?

A: Crop the image to the recommended 1,200 × 300 px dimensions before uploading it. Images with different dimensions may not display as intended.

Q: Why does my email show the logo but not the header image?

A: Go to Brand Admin > Imagery & media > Email header image management. Confirm that the Email Header Image panel contains an image preview.
