Brand update: March 2025

In this release, we introduced Order Trends, enhanced our help widget, linesheets, Lightspeed Payments, and NuORDER Mobile.

Introducing Order Trends

Use Order Trends to make informed buying decisions with insights on USD orders by brand, including bestselling products and more insights to come! Permitted buyer and brand users can access Order Trends from the Product Gallery, the Product Details page, or the Working Order with the Image of Order Trends icon. Order Trends icon.

The Products tab ranks the top-ordered products based on units sold in USD orders within each participating brand’s portal. Select the cart icon to add them to the Working Order

Note: Order Trends access and feature enhancements are rolling out in phases, including access for more users, as well as trend insights for Categories, Colors, and more. Learn more with Order Trends overview

Feature spotlight: Multifactor authentication (MFA)

MFA adds an extra layer of security by requiring your password and a second factor (like a code sent to your phone) to access your account. Even if someone gets your password, they can’t log in without the second factor.

To set up multifactor authentication, go to Edit Profile and follow the steps in Multifactor authentication (MFA).

Introducing NuO, your new in-app help resource!

Get help faster with NuO, now available in the web app.

  • Read helpful articles directly in the app.
  • Review past messages, including your submitted questions, answers, and chat history.
  • Access the Learning & Support resource center.
  • Connect with a Support team member when you need extra help.
  • Upcoming enhancement: NuO's AI help component is currently busy learning and will be available in a future release, so you can get instant answers to your questions.

In the NuORDER web app, select the Image of NuO help icon. chat icon in the lower-right corner.

Daily instant payouts with Lightspeed Payments

Eligible brands using Lightspeed Payments can now activate daily instant payouts. Choose your preferred payout timeframe to get paid on your schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Add products to multiple linesheets or custom lists

We streamlined adding products to linesheets (aka catalogs) or custom lists from the Product Gallery. Select products, open the Actions menu, choose Add to List or Add to Linsheet, and make your selections:

  • Select checkboxes to choose multiple linesheets or custom lists for the selected products.
    • Newly created linesheets or custom lists are automatically selected.
  • Add to bottom (default) and Add to top are now within the Add to Linesheet or Add to List window.
  • Use the Search field to locate a linesheet or custom list by name.

Send filtered linesheets and custom lists in NuORDER Mobile

You can now send linesheets (aka catalogs) and custom lists with products matching your applied filters in NuORDER Mobile. After filtering, select Send and choose if you want to only include products based on the applied filters.

Additional improvements and fixes

Data uploads

  • Fixed an issue causing processed 3D images to not render in the UI for some brands.
Linesheets

  • Fixed an issue causing the size range to display sizes starting with "undefined" in some downloaded Linesheet PDFs.
  • Fixed an issue preventing products unavailable in a Linesheet’s delivery window from appearing under the "Products with Errors" visibility filter.
Orders

  • Improved order exports to Retail POS by supporting Unicode characters in company address fields.
  • Fixed an issue preventing the Working Order from loading when accessed from the browser’s Back button.
  • Fixed an issue causing duplicate draft orders when editing drafts with customizable products.
  • Fixed an issue preventing order submission for some brands due to a missing PO number error, even when a PO number was entered.
  • Fixed an issue preventing quantities from displaying in the Working Order for some brands not using the New Product Page Experience.
