Create and manage a branded login page

Customize your NuORDER branded login page with your brand URL, logo, background images, and sales rep contact information. This article explains how brand users can create and manage a branded login page and add sales rep contact information.

Overview

Use the Branded login settings in NuORDER to create a custom login page for buyers. Add your brand URL, logo, background images, and an email address for buyer access requests. You can also add sales rep contact information so buyers can contact your sales team.

Create a branded login page

Use these steps to create or update your branded login page.

1. Go to Settings > Brand Admin > Settings > Branded login.
   
   
    
2. In the email field, enter the email address that should receive access requests. If you leave this field blank, the Request access button won’t appear on your branded login page.
   
   
    
3. The Custom Brand URL field displays your current brand URL, such as NuORDER.com/yourbrand. To update the URL, contact NuORDER Support. 
   
   
    

4. In the Logo Image section, upload a logo image that follows these specifications:

   • Width: 300 px
   • Height: 130 px
   • Format: PNG

    
   
    

5. In the Full Screen Hero Images section, upload background images that meet these specifications:

   • Minimum width: 1600 px
   • Minimum height: 1200 px
   • Format: JPG

   Note: When you upload multiple images, the branded login page displays them as a carousel.
   
   
    

6. To change the display order, drag each background image into the order you want it to appear.
   
   
    
7. Select Save.
8. Refresh the page to apply your changes.

Preview your branded login page

Follow these steps to preview your branded login page. 

1. After you select Save and refresh the page, return to Settings > Brand Admin > Settings > Branded login.
2. Copy the complete URL from the Custom Brand URL field on the Branded Login Info page.
3. Log out of NuORDER, then paste the URL into your browser’s address bar. 
4. Review the page as a buyer would.

Add sales rep contact information

Add contact information for one or more sales reps so buyers can contact your sales team from your branded login page. 

1. In the left navigation menu, select Settings > Brand Admin > Settings > Brand settings.
   
   
    
2. In the Sales Contact list section, select Add contact. 
3. Enter the contact’s Name, Title, Email, and Phone. 
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add more contacts.
   
   
    
5. As needed, edit or delete contacts.
6. Select Update settings to save your changes.
   
   

After you add a sales contact, buyers can select Contact a sales rep on your branded login page to access the contact information.
