Set delivery windows
From the left navigation menu, go to Linesheets (aka Catalogs) or Custom Lists. Choose a Linesheet or Custom List and then select the pencil icon. If you don't have editing permission, contact your brand admin.
Note: You can also set delivery windows when you're creating a Linesheet or Custom List.
In the Delivery field, select None or Choose Date Range to specify the delivery window. You can apply this to Only prebook products and make the list or linesheet Visible after delivery dates.
Product availability depends on your brand settings. Go to Brand settings for product availability for more details.
To save any updates, select Done.
Brand settings for product availability
Your brand can activate a setting that controls how product availability is applied to linesheet delivery dates. Brands can contact our Support team to activate this option.
- When activated, products are included based on overlapping availability dates. Products are available only during the portion of time that overlaps with the linesheet delivery window.
- When deactivated, products must fully match or extend the linesheet delivery date range to be included.
For example, if a linesheet runs from May 1 to June 30 and a product is available from May 1 to May 30:
- Activated: The product is included in the linesheet and available through May 30.
- Deactivated: The product is not included and is marked as unavailable.
Note: Date-based pricing, if used, follows this same logic to align with the valid availability period.
Activated:
Product available based on overlapping dates
Deactivated:
Product not available because dates don't fully match
Only Prebook products
When you activate Only prebook products, product availability is also affected by your brand settings.
- When delivery dates are set, products follow your brand’s availability behavior based on those dates.
- When delivery dates are not set, only products with prebook availability are included.
Use this table to understand linesheet behavior based on your selections.
| Only prebook products | Delivery dates set | Linesheet behavior |
|---|---|---|
| No | No | All products display based on default availability. |
| No | Yes | Products follow your brand's availability behavior based on the selected date range. |
| Yes | No | Only products with Prebook availability are included. |
