Add products to Linesheets and Custom Lists from the Product Gallery or directly within the Linesheet or Custom List.
Product gallery
From the left navigation menu, go to Products to access the Product Gallery. Within the Product Gallery, narrow your search using the available filters, and then add products to Linesheets and Custom Lists manually or in bulk.
To add products manually, select one or more products using the checkboxes.
To add products in bulk, select at least one product using the checkboxes. With one product selected, a menu header appears, where you can Select All that meet search & filter criteria. Deselect single products as needed or deselect all by clicking the updated Select All checkbox (

With product(s) selected, go to the Actions menu in the upper-right corner and choose Add to List or Add to Linesheet. With either option, choose to Add to Top or Add to Bottom, depending on how you’d like to promote these products. Select an existing Linesheet or Custom List or create a new one.
Linesheet
From the left navigation menu, go to Linesheets (aka Catalogs) and open a Linesheet. Select the teal plus (+) icon in the lower-left corner to add products.
Scroll through products and use the search field to locate specific items. Search for products by entering a name, style number, or color.
If you’re not finding the product(s) you’re looking for, select the filters icon to the right of the Search Products field and apply the Expanded search.
- Standard (default): Displays results that contain terms starting with the entered search criteria. For example, enter “bow” to locate matches with the terms “bow” or “bowtie.”
- Expanded (slower): Displays results that contain terms appearing in any part of the entered search criteria. For example, enter “tie” to locate matches with the terms “tie” or “bowtie.”
Note: Closing your browser resets your search type to Standard.
Add products by dragging and dropping them into the Linesheet.

Custom list
From the left navigation menu, go to Custom Lists and open a list. If you didn't create the Custom List, select Clone as Custom List, before you can add products.
Select the teal plus (+) icon in the lower-left corner to add products.
Scroll through products and use the search field to locate specific items. Add products by dragging and dropping them into the Custom List.
