Manage where your payments are deposited by updating your bank account and business entity information directly in NuORDER.
Change bank account information
This process changes the bank account where you receive payouts (deposits) from Lightspeed Payments.
Important: Changing your bank details causes a temporary hold on your daily deposits while your request is reviewed. Payout delays may take up to five business days while this change is processed.
From the left navigation menu, go to Payments and select the Settings tab.
From the Settings tab, select Request Access to receive an Access Code in your email inbox.
Choose the email address where you’d like to receive a verification access code and select Send code. If you do not see your email address as an option please email nuorder.paymentsgtm@lightspeedhq.com for access.
Go to your inbox to obtain the Access code. Enter this six-digit number in NuORDER and select Continue.
In the Bank account section, select Change.
In the Change payment bank account screen, select the reason for this change and select Next.
Select Add a bank account to add a new bank account.
If you bank with an integrated banking partner, select their logo. Alternatively, choose the option to manually add your account.
After verifying your information, select Submit. Your application will be reviewed automatically and will be updated with the status of your request in the Settings tab.
Change business entity information
In the event of ownership or legal entity changes, you can add a new legal entity in NuORDER.
Important: Changing the legal entity tied to your account causes a temporary hold on your daily deposits while your request is reviewed. Payout delays will take up to five business days while this change is processed. After approval, payouts are deposited to the new bank account on file.
From the left navigation menu, go to Payments and select the Settings tab.
From the Settings tab, select Request Access to receive an Access Code in your email inbox.

Go to your inbox to obtain the Access code. Enter this six-digit number in NuORDER and select Continue.
In the Business details section, select Change.
Choose the reason for the change and select Next.
Review the details of this change, and then select Continue.
Enter your contact details and fill out all required fields, selecting Continue to progress to each page.
Review your application, and then select Submit. Your application will be reviewed by our underwriting team. You can view the status of your application in the Settings tab.
