Brand update: September 2024

In September, we enhanced the invoice experience for brands and buyers.

Buyer users: Access and pay invoices in NuORDER

For brands that offer payments in NuORDER, buyers can now view the Invoice History, as well as access and pay invoices directly in the app. Select the Invoice icon on an order, and then choose PDF to view or Make Payment to pay.

Brand users: Resend and review the invoice history

Brand users can now view and resend invoices from the Orders page. Select the Invoice icon for an order to see the Invoice History, which includes the date and time of each new invoice sent. Select PDF to view the invoice or Resend to send it again.

Additional improvements and fixes

General

  • Fixed an issue causing the UPC column to be missing from the Inventory Data download for some brands.
Orders

  • Improved load time for large orders.
  • Fixed an issue preventing promotional discounts from applying to qualifying products when the promotion is based on a product’s season.
  • Fixed an issue causing an order’s address dropdown to incorrectly change from single-select to multi-select for some brands.
  • Fixed an issue causing the cart to fail to load when selecting a company that can’t view a product in the order.
  • Fixed an issue preventing products from displaying on the Working Order's Order Review tab when editing a Split Order and changing the shipping location.
Payments

  • Fixed an issue causing the Submit Order button to be hidden at certain browser zoom levels.
API

  • Increased the API call limit to 1000 rows on the admin size overrides page.
  • Fixed an issue preventing the selected shipping location from displaying on orders created via API.
