Manage Sizes (for retail brands)

Retail brands can use the Manage Sizes tools in Brand Admin to make product sizes compliant with retailer standards. Standardized sizes allow buyers to size their assortments.

Manage sizes process

From the left navigation menu, go to Settings > Brand Admin > Settings > Manage Sizes.

Select Generate compliance report, then follow the prompts to download it.

In the downloaded spreadsheet, filter the is_compliant column to N and review the unrecognized_sizes column to identify non-compliant sizes. The size_family column offers a recommended size family if one is identified.

After reviewing the compliance report, return to the Manage Sizes page in NuORDER and select Add New Size Override to make size adjustments.

Enter an unrecognized size in the Vendor Size field, select the correct Size Family and Size from the dropdown menus, and then Save. Add more size overrides as needed.

Contact nu.onboarding@lightspeedhq.com after all sizes are compliant to verify their inclusion in your retailers' assortments.

If needed, select the trash icon to remove a size override.
