Contact your sales rep for questions about products, order deliveries, invoices, address updates, and more. If you're unsure of who to contact, see When to contact the brand vs. NuORDER.
To find your sales rep, navigate to a brand and then follow the below instructions to find your assigned sales rep, using the New Contact View or the Old Contact View.
Note: To switch between the old and new views, follow the steps in How to edit your profile.
New Contact View
Go to the Contacts section of the brand portal, use the search bar to locate your Company, and then select your name in the Buyer Name column.
Scroll down to the Buyer's Sales Reps section to see your sales rep contact.
Old Contact View
Go to the Contacts section of the brand portal and select the Companies tab. Use the search bar to locate your Company.
Expand the Buyers menu and select your name.
Expand the Sales Reps menu to see your sales rep contact.
