Your recommended configuration allows all brand users to enter/charge/authorize a card, but only Admins can refund or access reports.
As it does not include shipping promotions or carriers, all brand users can enter a shipping cost when charging/authorizing an order.
Note: We do not recommend editing after adding a shipping cost.
For brand users, we can grant and restrict access to different areas of credit card processing:
- Entering card information and viewing payment history.
- Charging/authorizing a card.
- Refunding payment.
- Accessing reports.
- Editing shipping costs (if using shipping promotions or carriers).
When you send a payment request, we can also set up your portal so the buyer simply enters a card, rather than charges for the remaining balance.
