Brand update: November 2024

Reporting with product images

For modified or custom reports, brand users can now include product images for a visual reference alongside product data. To get started, go to Reporting from the left menu and select a Report type to modify or create a new report.

Improved UI for Manage Promotions 

We streamlined the Manage Promotions page in Brand Admin by adding:

  • More clearly named headers and actions.
  • Color-coding to the Status column for quick reference.
  • Promotion Type column to differentiate between Order and Product promotions.
  • Sortable columns.
  • Ability to activate, deactivate, or delete multiple promotions at once.

Product customization enhancements

Brands can contact their Account Manager to enable product customizations.

For brands using Lightspeed Payments, customization fees now appear for each product in the order checkout screen.

Additional improvements and fixes

Customizable products

  • Expanded the available file type upload options for product customization logos to include .jpeg and .jpg images.
Orders

  • Fixed an issue causing the selected company to not reflect the latest data on the Working Order.
  • Fixed an issue causing the filter dropdown menus to not load properly in Sizing View in the Working Order.
  • Fixed an issue causing product IDs in the Working Order to display invalid product data for some brands.
  • Fixed an issue causing the Order Intent list under the Orders (Assortments tab) to only display the last 50 submitted Order Intents.
  • Fixed a Bulk Order issue causing multiple-delivery products being imported into the Working Order as a single delivery.
Linesheets

  • Improved dynamic filtering on Linesheets to follow product visibility rules.
Products

  • Improved product sizing tables to keep the delivery date column visible while scrolling.
  • Fixed an issue preventing the VETL UI Product uploader from updating values for fields that contain special characters for some brands.
Promotions

  • Fixed an issue causing the wrong order promotion to be applied when all promotions are combined.
