Brand update: October 2024

In October, we enhanced Promotions, Payments, Customizable products, orders, and Assortments.

Introducing Promotion combinations and conditional date ranges

Promotion combinations

Brands can now choose if they want to combine a promotion with other eligible discounts, including Order promotions, Product promotions, and Company discounts. Select more than one to increase potential savings for the buyer or leave none selected (default) to apply only the one eligible promotion offering the greatest savings. 

Conditional date ranges

We introduced a new Eligibility rule: Conditional date range. Use this rule to enter a past date range and select at least one other rule type, such as Order amount total or Shipped Amount. The promotion applies if the selected criteria are met within that range.

Manage where your payments go

Brands using Lightspeed Payments can now update their bank account and business entity information directly in NuORDER by going to Payments > Settings.

Manage logos for customizable products

For product customizations, brand users with permission to manage customization logos can now edit details and approve or reject uploaded logos. Get started by going to Settings > Brand Admin > Customizations > Manage Logo.

New user permission for Order # editing

With a new user permission, brands can now control which user types can edit the Order # during order creation.

Assortments enhancements for brand users

Contact your Account Manager if you’re interested in Order Intents or Brand Assortments.

View Order Intents directly in your Brand portal

You can now view Order Intents from your Retailers directly in your Brand portal. While the option to export Order Intents still exists, you can now see all information in the Intent by clicking the Assortment # in the Assortments tab on the Orders page.

Share Brand Assortment with Buyers

For Brands using Brand assortments, you can now share your assortments with Buyers and set their viewing permissions, allowing them to collaborate with you in real time.
