Linesheets and Custom Lists

Assign Warehouses to Linesheets and Custom Lists. Only products assigned to the selected Warehouse can be added and displayed in the Linesheet or Custom List. If the product doesn’t have inventory in the selected Warehouse, then it won’t be added to the Linesheet or Custom List.

Note: Contact Support to activate this inventory management feature.

With this feature, you can choose to default product visibility to only those products (and colorways) available in the Warehouse selected on the Working Order. When this default is activated, if a Linesheet or Custom List is assigned to a different Warehouse, a product or product colorway may not be visible if it isn’t in the Warehouse assigned to the Working Order.

Note: Contact Support to activate this inventory management filter.

From the left navigation menu, go to Linesheets or Custom Lists, and then either select one or create a new one. When creating a new Linesheet or Custom List, all Warehouses are selected by default. To adjust this list, select the pencil icon, use the Warehouse dropdown to choose one (or more) Warehouses, and then select Done. Changes are saved automatically.

Orders

You can specify the Warehouse directly in the Working Order, as well as when selecting Start Order, when adding products from a Linesheet or Custom List, or when importing an order spreadsheet into the Working Order. Only products assigned to the selected Warehouse can be added to the Working Order.

Note: Contact Support to activate this inventory management feature, allowing a warehouse to be assigned to the Working Order.

Add products from Linesheet or Custom List

If the user’s cart is empty and they add a product to their order from a Linesheet or Custom List, then the Working Order’s Warehouse defaults to the Warehouse assigned to the Linesheet or Custom List.

If the user’s cart isn’t empty, then the Working Order’s Warehouse isn’t changed when adding products from a Linesheet or Custom List.

Start Order

Select Start Order from the upper-right corner of NuORDER, choose a Warehouse, and then select Start Order.

The Working Order

In the Working Order, select Warehouse for the order on the Details tab. Only products that have inventory in the selected Warehouse can be added to the Working Order. If a Warehouse isn’t selected, then you can add products from any Warehouse.

Note: The Quick Add feature also hides products not in the Working Order’s assigned Warehouse.

If a Warehouse isn’t selected in the Details tab, users can choose a Warehouse for each item in the Products tab. This option goes away after the order’s Warehouse is selected in the Details tab.

When using an Order Export Template to import order details, only products assigned to the order’s Warehouse can be added.

Warehouse priority on orders

The determination of the Working Order's warehouse depends on the order selections and the prioritization levels outlined below:

  1. Order: The warehouse directly assigned to the order holds the highest priority. As a reminder, brands can contact Support to offer the option to assign a warehouse to the Working Order.
  2. Company address: If no warehouse is assigned to the order, then the system checks the warehouse linked to the selected company address.
  3. Company: If inventory isn't available for the selected company address, then the system checks the warehouse assigned to the company selected for the order.
  4. Product inventory: In the absence of a company selection, the system looks at the warehouse assigned to the products in the cart.
  5. Brand default: If none of the above options apply, then the system checks the default warehouse set for the brand.

Note: User permissions regarding warehouse visibility remain applicable in all scenarios. Learn more with Manage and assign your warehouses.
