Send Campaigns from NuORDER to track buyer engagement. See Campaigns and smart groups overview for approaches and tips.
After sending a Campaign, navigate to Campaigns from the left navigation menu, and then select one to review the email status.
When reviewing the results of a Campaign, see the Status column in the provided table or select a status tab to filter to only that status.
- All: Displays all recipients and the email status.
- Skipped: The contact wasn't sent the email, because they don't have visibility into one or more products in the campaign.
- Sent: The contact was sent the email.
- Unopened: Recipient hasn't opened the email.
- Opened Email: Recipient opened the email.
- Clicked: Recipient selected a link in the email.
- Converted: Recipient placed an order from the email:
- Scenario 1: A buyer navigated to your portal by selecting Product A in the Campaign and ordered Product A.
- Scenario 2: A buyer navigated to your portal by selecting Product A in the Campaign, but ordered Product B.
