Campaign email status

Send Campaigns from NuORDER to track buyer engagement. See Campaigns and smart groups overview for approaches and tips.

After sending a Campaign, navigate to Campaigns from the left navigation menu, and then select one to review the email status.

When reviewing the results of a Campaign, see the Status column in the provided table or select a status tab to filter to only that status.

  • All: Displays all recipients and the email status.
  • Skipped: The contact wasn't sent the email, because they don't have visibility into one or more products in the campaign.
  • Sent: The contact was sent the email.
  • Unopened: Recipient hasn't opened the email.
  • Opened Email: Recipient opened the email.
  • Clicked: Recipient selected a link in the email.
  • Converted: Recipient placed an order from the email:
    • Scenario 1: A buyer navigated to your portal by selecting Product A in the Campaign and ordered Product A.
    • Scenario 2: A buyer navigated to your portal by selecting Product A in the Campaign, but ordered Product B.
