Which option is right for you?
Payments on NuORDER support two approaches depending on how you want to manage processing.
Lightspeed Payments is a fully managed solution. We provide the gateway, process transactions, and deposit funds to your bank account within 1 to 2 business days, with the option for instant payouts. You get credit card and ACH (US to US bank transfers) acceptance, invoicing, instant payouts, and full reporting, including transactions, deposits, and overviews. This option is available if your business is domiciled in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Belgium, or Netherlands.
Bring Your Own Processor (BYOP) lets you connect an existing payment processor, like Stripe, Adyen, or PayPal, to NuORDER. You keep your current processor relationship and get in-platform invoicing and transaction tracking. This option is available in all countries. For a full list of supported gateways and currencies, go to Bringing your own processor.

What does it cost?
Here’s a breakdown of pricing for each option.
Lightspeed Payments charges a flat rate per transaction with no hidden fees and the same rate on all card types:
- US and Canada: 2.9% + $0.30 per credit card transaction, 0.80% ACH
- UK: 1.9% + £0.25
- Belgium and Netherlands: 1.9% + €0.25
- Australia: 2.31%
- International credit cards: additional 1.5%
BYOP includes a 0.50% per transaction fee to NuORDER, billed quarterly, plus your processor’s own rates. Specific terms are negotiated with your account executive.

Does it work with my ERP?
Yes. Payments on NuORDER support ERP integrations in two key ways: payment processing and invoicing.
Payment processing
Your ERP can trigger payment actions such as authorize, capture, or refund against cards already on file in NuORDER. You can use FlatFile or API.
Note: Card numbers must be entered by users in the NuORDER UI for PCI compliance. The integration works with cards already saved.
Invoicing
The Invoice Collection API enables two-way invoicing between your ERP and NuORDER. Your ERP pushes invoices into NuORDER with amount, due date, and an optional PDF. Buyers pay online, and your ERP retrieves payment status updates.
Note: Both integrations require you to be on payments, either Lightspeed Payments or BYOP. Talk to your onboarding team or Customer Success Manager about setup during your discovery call.
