When you have access to the Marketplace, you can connect with new brands by using the brand recommendation carousel.
Brand recommendations are based on your existing connections and recent orders from the last six months. If you don’t have any existing connections, brand recommendations won’t appear.
Where you’ll find the brand recommendations
The brand recommendation carousel appears on the Marketplace home page. You’ll find a list of suggested Brands you may like, based on AI insights.
Connect with brands
If a brand catches your interest, select the brand card. If a connection is required, you'll be taken to the brand details page to review more information and request access. If no connection is needed, you can shop the brand directly.
For brands that require a connection, a Connection Request badge appears in the upper-left corner of the brand card. Select the brand card or Explore brand to open the brand details page. Then, select Connect with this brand near the top of the screen and follow the steps to submit your request.
After you submit the request, the brand will review your information and notify you when your connection request is approved.
After the brand approves your connection request, you’ll be able to access the brand’s catalog, pricing and start placing orders.
For brands that don’t require a connection request, select Shop now or the brand card to open the brand Marketplace page. From there, you can browse the brand’s catalog and add products to your cart right away.
You’ll be connected to the brand automatically after you submit your order.
