When browsing the Product Details page, accessible when selecting a product from the Product Gallery, Linesheets, Custom Lists and the Working Order, you’ll see the Similar products recommendation carousel. The carousel highlights products you might like using AI, making it easier to browse and discover similar items.
Both brand users and buyers can review product recommendations.
Important notes:
- The Similar products recommendation carousel isn’t available to brands that hide their gallery page from buyers.
- The product recommendations carousel is only available to users who have the New Product Page Experience enabled.
- The Similar products recommendation carousel displays four or more products. If there are fewer than four products, you won’t see any product recommendations.

- Product Gallery page

- The Working Order
