Depending on the actions you take in your account, NuORDER will periodically send emails to the email address associated with your account. This can include a variety of messages, such as registration emails, inventory upload confirmations, or even instructions on how to reset your password.
In some instances, it's possible that your email provider may accidentally filter a message into your Spam or Junk folder. To ensure each email reaches your Inbox, we recommend adding NuORDER's email address to your safe sender list.
To add NuORDER's email address to your safe sender list in Gmail, Apple Mail, or Outlook, follow the instructions below:
Gmail
First, click on the down arrow on the far-right side of the search box.
In the drop-down list that appears, type "heroes@nuorder.com" in the From field and click Create filter. (If you want to be extra careful, you can also type "*@nuorder.com"—an asterisk in front of the domain name will tell Gmail to apply the filter to all email addresses at nuorder.com.)
Next, click the checkbox next to Never send it to Spam and click Create filter.
Apple Mail
After opening Apple Mail, click Mail then Preferences in the menu.
In the window that appears, click Rules.
Now it's time to create a rule for your account. First, create a name for your rule in the Description field. Then, update the criteria below to match the following:
"If [any] of the following conditions are met:
[From] [ends with] @nuorder.com"
Next, update the action to send the email directly to the folder of your choice. For example, if you want to send all NuORDER emails directly to your inbox, the action would read as follows:
"Perform the following actions:
[Move Message] to mailbox: [Inbox]"
Once you've updated your rule, click OK. From now on, Apple Mail will automatically send emails from the nuorder.com domain to the folder you chose.
Outlook
First, click the Settings gear in the toolbar at the top of your Outlook account.
In the window that appears, type "safe senders" into the search bar and click Safe senders and domains.
Next, click + Add in the Safe senders and domains section, type "nuorder.com" and hit enter.
Click Save and you're all set—Outlook will now automatically prevent emails from the nuorder.com domain (e.g. heroes@nuorder.com) from reaching your Junk Email folder.
