Why Can't I Request Access to a Brand in the NuORDER Marketplace?

There are three reasons why a retailer would not be able to request access to a brand in the NuORDER Marketplace:

 

1. The brand has not set up a contact person for approvals of requests. If this is the case you would need to contact the brand directly. 

 

2. If the retailer or buyer does not have a fully approved Marketplace profile providing information that has been verified by NuORDER: store front, store address, and website. All aspects must be active and current. If you are a buyer/retailer who works with a brand and was added by them then you would need to complete the Marketplace application and once verified will be able to request access in the NuORDER Marketplace.

 

3. If the retailer/buyer has previously requested access to the brand. This is now sitting with the brand user to review and add the buyer into the contacts tab within the wholesale section. In this case, you'll need to wait till the brand has approved your profile.
