The Whiteboard feature allows you to work collaboratively to design marketing assets with product data, version history, visibility rules, and the ability to export files to share with buyers.
Overview
Whiteboards allow your brand users to spotlight products, logos, images, and texts to create compelling stories that help drive more sales.
Use Whiteboards to merchandise, displaying how your various products complement each other.
This video provides a general overview of NuORDER's Whiteboard functionality.

Collaboration
Collaborate on the design and approach of a Whiteboard, where multiple brand users can work on the same board at the same time.
Share a Whiteboard with other brand users by selecting the Permissions icon. From the Permissions menu on the right, Add Recipient and set their Permissions: View Only, Editor, or Owner.
You can also add comments to the Whiteboard Chat feature, to keep collaborators in the know.
Design
You don't need external, complex image editing software to create compelling displays. The Whiteboard design tools allow you to add products and images, adjust the layout, and make the necessary refinements to achieve the ideal look.
- Add shapes: Rectangle, Circle, or Line.
- Canvas format: Navigate to File > Page Setup to adjust the Canvas Size and orientation.
- Component editing: Rotation, Flipping, Ordering, Alignment, Distribution, Lock aspect ratio option, and Customize width and height.
- Component styles: Background color and border color, weight, and style.
- Custom text: Add text that's not tied to product data with Insert > Text.
- Format painter: Create the preferred component format, and then then apply it to other components in the board.

Product data
You can add product data to a Whiteboard in a variety of ways.
- Select Add Product Template from the main menu (or select Insert > Product). With either option, choose to add one, three, or seven products.
- Create A Whiteboard from products in your cart by selecting Working Order Products from a Product Template.
- Bulk add products to a Whiteboard.
- Add inactive products to a Whiteboard.
As you make changes to product data, refresh this information in a Whiteboard by going to Edit > Refresh Products > All pages (or This page).
Add inactive products
Within a Whiteboard, select Insert > Product, and then choose from the provided options (one, three, or seven products). From the right menu, select Please select under a Product #.
Select the filter icon in the upper-right corner and then refine with the Status filter set to Inactive. Select Search Products.
|
With the Inactive filter applied, choose from the list of products to include in the Whiteboard. Inactive products display in Whiteboards in the same way as active products. If you'd like to add active products to the Whiteboard, return to the Product Template filters and adjust the Status filter to Active or All.
Refresh
From the Whiteboard's Edit menu, select Refresh products and then choose This page, All pages, or Find related product.
Templates
If you have a Whiteboard configuration that you'd like to use as a standardization, share the Whiteboard with View Only permission, so that users can then go to File > Duplicate and make their own version, based on that template.
Version history
NuORDER saves every Whiteboard change a user makes. Review the version history for each Whiteboard by selecting the History icon. Select the kabob icon to rename a version.
Visibility
Review and export a Whiteboard from the view of a selected company and currency. From File select Page Setup and Add company filter and select a Currency.
Presentation and export
Present a Whiteboard in full screen mode with View > Presentation view. You can't shop or action in Presentation view, as it is View Only.
Export a Whiteboard to PDF by going to File > Download as PDF.
