First Time Login
 

I have Registered; how do I get my login details/credentials for the Digital Trade Event? 

 Log in credentials are sent to the email address provided upon registration. 

You can log in at https://app.next.nuorder.com

  1. Enter your e-mail address (the one you registered with).
  2. Enter your password.

If you forgot your password or need help resetting it, click here. If you haven’t received an email with your NuORDER credentials, please check your spam folder to make sure the email isn’t lost in there. Look for an email from hello@nuorder.com.

You will receive further notifications from hello@nuorder.com to keep you informed. Please add this email address to your contacts or “safe sender” list to ensure that our emails don't get lost in your spam folder. Here’s an article that provides a step-by-step guide on how to whitelist an email address on Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo.

How do I set-up/update my profile on your Digital Trade Event?  

Your profile is automatically set-up in NuORDER  based on your registration details.

Can I use my colleagues’ login credentials to access the Digital Trade Event?

No, users are logged out if a user logs in under the same credentials at the same time.



FINDING AND CONNECTING TO A BRAND

How do I search for a specific brand?

Within each Digital Marketplace, you can search for specific brands from the main landing page of the trade show.

Select Browse Brands or Search in the search box on the top right of the page. 

 

ORDERS

How do I place an order? 

As a prerequisite to placing an order, you must connect to a brand.

Once you have connected with the brand, you can place an order with the brand.

How do I know my order was accepted/went through?

You would receive an order confirmation email from NuOrder once they have reviewed and approved the order. If you have not received any email order confirmations we encourage you reach out directly to your sales representative with the brand.

I cannot contact a brand I have placed an order with or have not heard back from a request to accept. Can you help me?  

For order placements, if you do not have the full contact details of your sales representative, we would suggest reaching out to the Show Host Retailer Relations Group to connect with the brand representative.  You may contact them at cs@fashionresource.com.

 

Can I download reports of my purchases?

Buyers may see their orders in their dashboard. From the dashboard, click on any order to see their dashboard and go to that Order’s Summary page. There, they can use “more actions” triple dot icon in the upper-right corner to Download Order XLS or as a PDF.

POST EVENT ACTIVITIES


After the event closes, how can I access my order details? 

As a buyer you account will remain active after the event has closed. You will always have access to your order details. You can see these aggregated across all the brands you have placed orders with directly on your dashboard page. 


The event is now closed, and I would like to place an order. How can I connect with the brand directly? 

As a buyer you can always connect to brands in NuORDER and place orders. 
For brands showcasing their collections throughout the year:
1. Connect to the brand via NuORDER. Once connected you will see the brand on the dashboard page. 
2. Visit the Brand's portal and place an order. 

For brands only showcasing their collections during the tradeshow and not available after the tradeshow ends:
