In this release, we’ve made enhancements to our Rollups feature to include real-time updates, along with performance improvements.
Rollups: Performance improvements and real-time updates
Rollups have received a significant upgrade to their backend architecture that comes with some exciting updates! We’ve improved load times and system stability, particularly for larger datasets, which means faster load times and smoother navigation when working in rollups.
In addition to these optimizations, we now support real-time updates for data changes within a Rollup. With this functionality, you no longer need to refresh your Rollups after making changes to an underlying assortment. Changes made within an assortment, such as updated field values, notes, units or sizing, will now appear instantly in Rollups, helping you work faster and more efficiently.
Introducing NuO, your new in-app help resource!
Get help faster with NuO, now available in the NuORDER platform. With NuO’s help, you can:
- Read helpful articles directly in the app.
- Review past messages, including your submitted questions, answers, and chat history.
- Access the Learning & Support resource center.
- Connect with a Support team member when you need extra help.
- Upcoming enhancement: NuO's AI help component is currently busy learning and will be available in a future release, so you can get instant answers to your questions.
To access NuO, select the chat icon in the lower-right corner in the NuORDER platform.
