Data best practices for brands
To make sure Order Trends include meaningful data, we recommend brands standardize and maintain consistency for these details across all products: Category, Color, and Size. Brands should also enter data into the corresponding fields (for example, Category data in the Category field) to keep it accurate and relevant.
Note: This table illustrates consistency, but the examples may differ from your brand’s standardizations.

FAQ
Q: Why are Order Trends unavailable for a brand?
A: Order Trends require specific data, and sometimes that information isn’t available. Possible reasons:
- The Order Trends feature is currently in private beta, available only to select customers, and may not be enabled for all brands or users.
- You’re using a different currency in the Product Gallery. Switch to USD using the dropdown in the upper-right corner.
- Product visibility rules established by the brand can restrict access.
- Not enough USD order data exists for the timeframe:
- Immediate: Last six months
- Prebook: Last three months
- Order Trend data refreshes weekly with rolling dates, so previously available data may no longer be available.
- (In development) The brand doesn’t have enough Category or Color information.
Q: How are order percentages calculated?
A: When reviewing this trend data, the % columns display the following, based on Order Volume:
Order Volume = units ordered in a category / units ordered across all categories
