On October 31, 2024, NuORDER is enhancing the security of our systems by retiring our legacy FTP server hosted at ftp.nuorder.com.

In place of this legacy file source option, we are offering several other options for brands to deliver files to our integration patterns, including:

• Our new  SFTP server that supports the latest encryption standards
• Dropbox
• Box.com
• Amazon S3

Required actions

1. Your IT team needs to update the internal configuration of your integration to use one of the supported file source options. Please note this will need updating on all portals under your account. 
2. Your IT team needs to work with the NuORDER Integration Service Desk team to update the NuORDER side of your integration to also use the selected file source.
