In order to reset the password for a buyer it can be done with very easy steps:
Go to log in page for NuOrder for your brand landing page:
- Go to branded login page https://app.next.nuorder.com
- Enter in the buyer email address associated with their brand access
- Do not fill in the password below but hit the "Forgot your password" link
- Confirm the email address to send the temporary password to (Buyer's email)
- Select RESET PASSWORD
That's it! The buyer will need to open email and use temporary password to log in and then immediately update the password.
