How to Reset a Password for Your Buyer

In order to reset the password for a buyer it can be done with very easy steps:

Go to log in page for NuOrder for your brand landing page:

  1. Go to branded login page https://app.nuorder.com/
  2. Enter in the buyer email address associated with their brand access
  3. Do not fill in the password below but hit the "Forgot your password" link
  4. Confirm the email address to send the temporary password to (Buyer's email)
  5. Select RESET PASSWORD

That's it! The buyer will need to open email and use temporary password to log in and then immediately update the password.
