Can't Sync an Order? How to Send to the NuORDER Heroes Team

When and How to Send NuORDER Debug

If you are experiencing issues with the NuORDER 4.p app, you can send us a Debug log to better assist with reviewing the issue. You will need an internet connection for this.

If you are not logged in:

Open the NuOrder app.
Tap the GEAR icon at the bottom right of your screen

Select SEND DEBUG FILE

Select PROCEED

This will open a loading screen

Once the loading screen is complete, you will be taken to your email. Fill out all the required information and tap Send.

 

If you are already logged in:

Select the the three stacked lines at the top left corner of your screen

Select SEND DEBUG INFORMATION at the bottom left of the screen

Your file will begin loading

Once complete, you will either be taken to your email to send the debug file, or you will be prompted with the below pop up. From here, select COPY TICKET # and send to heroes@nuorder.com

If you haven't already, be sure to email heroes@nuorder.com to let them know what issue you are experiencing and that they should expect a debug file.
