Brand update: December 12, 2023

In this release we enhanced Customizations, Sizing View (beta) in the Working Order, and Advanced Pricing.

Customization enhancements

We made multiple enhancements to Customizations:

  • We now support offering different prices for options on customizable products.
  • We introduced a new user permission, which allows permitted users to filter the list of orders to those with customizations and the printing type.
  • For clarity, when reviewing an order with customized products, only the selected configurations display.
  • Buyers now receive an alert if they choose to reorder a product with Customization options that changed or are no longer available.

For more information, see Product Customizations (for brands) and Ordering products with Customizations (for buyers).

Sizing View (beta) in the Working Order updates

For brands using Sizing View (beta), you can offer a Pivot Mode (accessible to those with a user permission).

Note: The Sizing View feature is currently in beta. Brands can contact their Account Manager to see if they are eligible for the beta version of Sizing View in the Working Order. For brands using Sizing View, contact Support to enable the Pivot Mode user permission.
