How to Re-Order, Cancel, or Regress an Order?

How to Re-Order:

1. Log into NuORDER

2. ORDERS tab

3. Find/ Search for the ORDER your buyer would like to place a re-order for

4. Move your mouse over to the right and click on More Actions to have the dropdown populate

5. Click Re-Order

6. This will clear your current Working Order – YES – please note, when clicking YES, if there are any items currently in your Working Order, they will be cleared out

7. Click into your Working Order

8. The 1st tab is your Order Details

9. The 2nd tab is your Items and Deliveries

10. The 3rd tab is the brand’s Terms & Conditions

11. SUBMIT order

 

How to Cancel an ORDER:

1. Log into NuORDER

2. ORDERS tab

3. Find/ Search for the ORDER you would like to CANCEL

4. Move your mouse over to the right and click on More Actions to have the dropdown populate

5. Click CANCEL Order

 

How to Regress an ORDER:

1. Log into NuORDER

2. ORDERS tab

3. Find/ Search for the ORDER you would like to REGRESS (move back)

4. Move your mouse over to the right and click on More Actions to have the dropdown populate

5. If the Order is sitting in the Processed Order Status, click 'Move to Approve' to REGRESS the Order
