Changing views in the Working Order

Within the Working Order, simply click on the 4 squares icon to change the view of your Working Order. This will make it easier to identify if there are stock issues, missing quantities, or duplicate products.

In the Change View mode, the items are displayed in small tile format. If there are any issues, they will be highlighted with a color.

* Products highlighted in RED means the product does not have enough stock available and will need to have the quantities reduced or the product removed. To remove a product from the order, simply press the X in the top right-hand side of the tile.

Clicking on the style highlighted in RED will change the view back and you can amend the quantities & submit the order. To remove a product from the order, simply press the X in the top right-hand side of the tile.


* Products highlighted in YELLOW means the size quantities were left blank. You'll get a notification of this when you get to the SUBMIT ORDER screen:
Some quantities missing. This will prevent you from submitting this order. Click on the product thumbnail or the Products tab to resolve.

* Products highlighted in BLUE indicate that you have a duplicate product with the same ship dates in your order. You'll get a notification of this when you try to submit the order:
OOPS! You can't have the same product twice for the same ship dates. Please select a different date range.

Either remove the duplicate by pressing the X in the top right-hand corner of the tile, or click on the tile to take you back to the product in the Working Order and then click on the Ship Start date to change the ship dates.

 

Tip: Use the Grouped by: dropdown on the right-hand side to group products by delivery, season, etc.
