Linesheets are a great resource to be able to promote new products and are a highly customizable tool that can be rearranged and made to your preference for your buyers.
Getting started. For Custom Linesheet Templates you will go to the Admin section within your portal. You will then go to ‘Manage Linesheets'.
Custom Templates are set up and organized by a brand user. These are saved templates that can be easily used to export the same data fields in a linesheet PDF multiple times from the Linesheet page.
After you click on Create New Template, you will be taken to a screen where you can choose how many products per page you would like. Current options include 16 products per page, 5 products per page and 4 products per page.
Once you have chosen your template > move to Step 2 where you will select which fields from your data you will be displaying on the linesheet. This is especially helpful if you have any custom fields set up that you would like to display.
To select a field, choose a header from the list on the left hand side. Then you can drag and drop the field to an empty space located on your right side. These can be arranged in any order that you would like for them to display. You can include up to 18 fields in your PDF template.
*If there is not enough space to display all fields in the Linesheet PDF when exporting from a linesheet, some fields towards the end of your list may not appear in the Linesheet PDF. If this is the case, you will need to narrow down the number of fields you would like, or choose a template with less products per page.
Save your template! You can do this by either selecting Save As Draft to not publish this template now or Save & Publish to export linesheet PDF's using your newly created template. Create a title and add a brief description.
Congratulations! You have now created a custom template.
To export your new PDF template, go to your desired linesheet > select Download > find your template name > Download.
