Not Receiving Your Verification Code

If your 2-step verification code didn't arrive, click on the link at the bottom of the 2-step prompt to have another one sent out.

For security reasons, WePay is unable to generate another code on your behalf, so if you're still having trouble you'll just need to reach out to the partner you originally signed up for WePay through.
