Why was My Client's Card Declined?

It looks like the credit card used to make this payment was declined by the issuing bank. This can happen for a number of reasons, like incorrect CVV, expiration date or a zip code mismatch. The best thing to do is to have your client contact their bank and verify the information, then try one more time.
