Why Isn't There a Payment Icon Next to Some Orders?

There are several reasons why an Order may not have a Payment icon next to it. These include:

  1. The buyer on the order is no longer in the system
  2. The company has a currency code other than USD
  3. The order is a Draft Order
  4. The order is an EZ Order
